Products and availability

Advertised products are in stock. Review each item's size, material, images and description before ordering. Bags with one size can be added directly to the bag; shoes require a size selection.

Prices and discounts

Prices and payment are in euros (EUR), including orders delivered to the United States. The current pricing applies a 30% reduction to the catalogue price followed by a further 10% discount on the reduced amount, a combined 37% reduction subject to cent rounding. The crossed-out price shows the amount before the extra 10% discount. The bag and checkout show the final discounted item prices.

Shipping to the United States is free. All applicable taxes and import duties are included in the displayed prices, with no additional import charges on delivery. There are no additional store handling fees. Your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction charges. Review the final amount on Stripe before paying.

Payment and order confirmation

Stripe processes credit and debit cards and eligible digital wallets, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Availability depends on your device, browser, country and currency; enabling a wallet does not make it available on every device. Pix and boleto are not offered.

This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. An order is considered paid only when the payment provider confirms successful payment. An incomplete or cancelled checkout does not confirm payment.

Delivery

We deliver to the United States only, free of shipping charges, within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. This total includes preparation and transit. Read our shipping policy for details and delay handling.

Returns and support

Request a change-of-mind return within seven calendar days of delivery. Eligible returns have free return shipping, no restocking fee and a refund to the original payment method. Read the complete return and refund policy. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
