Delivery destinations

This store accepts shipping addresses in the United States only. Our business is registered in Brazil; our company address is not a US warehouse or retail address.

How the delivery time is counted

The first business day is the business day following payment confirmation. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. No separate preparation period is added to the stated 3–7 business days.

Stock and shipment updates

Advertised products are in stock. For shipment details and tracking information, when provided by the carrier, email aloha82@gmail.com with your order reference.

Taxes and import duties

All applicable taxes, customs duties and import charges are included in the displayed prices. You will not be asked to pay additional import charges on delivery in the United States. The store is responsible for arranging and paying these charges. If a carrier requests an import payment, contact us before paying so we can resolve it.

Shipping charges and currency

The shipping charge is zero. Prices and payment are in EUR. Your bank may apply conversion or foreign transaction fees.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check the recipient name, street address, apartment number, ZIP code and phone number before paying. Contact us immediately about a mistake so we can try to correct it before shipment.

If we cannot meet the promised delivery time, we will notify you of the delay and give you the choice of accepting a revised date or cancelling for a full refund. We will not substitute an indefinite delay without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel it and promptly refund it.

Contact us about damaged, incorrect or missing deliveries. We remain responsible for resolving delivery problems with our carrier; you do not have to resolve them alone.
